第一条　この法律は、内外の社会経済情勢の変化に伴い、我が国産業の国際競争力の強化を図ることの必要性が増大している状況にかんがみ、新たな知的財産の創造及びその効果的な活用による付加価値の創出を基軸とする活力ある経済社会を実現するため、知的財産の創造、保護及び活用に関し、基本理念及びその実現を図るために基本となる事項を定め、国、地方公共団体、大学等及び事業者の責務を明らかにし、並びに知的財産の創造、保護及び活用に関する推進計画の作成について定めるとともに、知的財産戦略本部を設置することにより、知的財産の創造、保護及び活用に関する施策を集中的かつ計画的に推進することを目的とする。例文帳に追加
