赤外線照明器４の点灯中に周期的に制御判断フレームｆｓ１，ｆｓ２，ｆｓ３にて赤外線照明器４を消灯し、該消灯後のビデオカメラにより得られる輝度信号レベルが閾値Ｔｈ２より低いときは、制御判断フレーム終了後に赤外線照明器４を再度点灯する。 - 特許庁
