採取、調製及び移植又は投与の過程を複数の機関で実施するヒト幹細胞臨床研究において、総括責任者から(3)に定める申請を受け、又は(8)②に定める総括報告書を受理した研究機関の長は、その他の研究機関の長の委任を受けて、複数の研究機関を代表して、(3)の規定による厚生労働大臣からの意見聴取又は(8)②の規定による厚生労働大臣に対する総括報告書の写しの提出をすることができる。 - 厚生労働省
