これは要するに、その間に経営者は変わったわけでございますが、特に平成20年秋ぐらいから21年にかけて、それぞれの債権買い取りビジネス、これは旧商工ファンドということも先週申し上げたと思いますが、これから債権の買い取りビジネス、あるいは親密企業に対する大口融資等による業容の拡大が行われて、平成21年5月から3回目の検査に入ったわけでございますが、それまでの検査の結果、確かに今言われたように、表面的な検査の結果だけを見れば、そういうふうに思われるかもしれませんけれども、実は自己査定の正確なやり直しを命じたわけでございまして、その結果、簡単に言えば、これはやっぱり粉飾決算に近いものだったのですよ。そのことがきちっと発覚いたしまして、大変な検査妨害があったということは、もう皆様方ご存じでございます。2回から3回目のときも、法律には触れませんけれども、ほとんどこちらが行っても対応しないと、あるいは木村剛さん本人が出られるというような、本当に普通の金融機関で考えられないような検査に対する態度でございまして、そういった意味で、私もこの前申し上げましたが、3回目の検査のときは、同じ検査官が3回目に行きまして、これは9か月間も実は検査をさせていただいたのですが、もう皆様方よくご存じのように、大体普通、金融機関に対する検査は3か月か、長くて６か月なのですよ。そして、ご存じのように検査忌避ということが発覚したわけでございますし、同時に自己査定のやり直しということで、業務改善命令として出したわけでございます。例文帳に追加
