(2) A Futures Commission Merchant may, in lieu of the delivery of a document under the preceding paragraph, provide the matters that should be included in said document by a method using an electronic data processing system or a method using other information communications technology, which is specified by an ordinance of the competent ministry by gaining the consent of said customer, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order.
