２　前項の規定は、金融商品取引業者等又は金融商品仲介業者が、この法律の定めるところに従つて有価証券の売買若しくは市場デリバティブ取引（取引所金融商品市場によらないで行われるものを除く。）又はこれらの取引の媒介、取次ぎ若しくは代理を行う場合には、適用しない。例文帳に追加
