７　実用新案権者は、第一項の訂正をする場合のほか、請求項の削除を目的とするものに限り、願書に添付した明細書、実用新案登録請求の範囲又は図面の訂正をすることができる。ただし、実用新案登録無効審判が特許庁に係属している場合において第四十一条において準用する特許法第百五十六条第一項の規定による通知があつた後（同条第二項の規定による審理の再開がされた場合にあつては、その後更に同条第一項の規定による通知があつた後）は、願書に添付した明細書、実用新案登録請求の範囲又は図面の訂正をすることができない。例文帳に追加
