テンプレート候補の各々について、実際に位置計測処理を行うことにより処理時間の評価を行い、テンプレートを解析することにより位置計測精度に関わる位置決め情報量の評価を行い、ランダムノイズを加えたパターンに対する位置計測結果に基づいてノイズに対するロバスト性の評価を行い、これらの各評価の重み付け平均値を求めることにより総合評価値を求める。 - 特許庁
