しかし、金融庁といたしましては、投資一任業者（運用受託機関）による虚偽の報告や勧誘に対する制裁の強化、これはご存じのように虚偽（の報告）をしたわけですから、それからファンドの受託会社、監査事務所、信託銀行等の第三者によるチェックが有効に機能する仕組み、これは今度の事件では、この点が全然有効に機能しなかったわけでございますから、それが有効に機能する仕組み、それから年金基金が、投資一任業者の信頼性や運用成果を判断する上での有益な情報の運用報告書への追加、等について検討する必要があるのではないかと今の段階では考えております。 - 金融庁
