２　前三条の規定により試掘権の設定の出願をし、その設定の登録を得た者がその試掘鉱区の全部を含む区域についてウラン鉱又はトリウム鉱を目的とする採掘権の設定の出願をしたときは、鉱業法第十四条第二項の規定は、適用しない。例文帳に追加
