第五十二条の五　内閣総理大臣は、第五十二条の二の十一第一項、第五十二条の三第一項若しくは第三項又は前条第一項若しくは第二項の規定により提出書類の提出を受けた場合において、当該提出書類に形式上の不備があり、又は当該提出書類に記載すべき事項のうち重要なものの記載が不十分であると認めるときは、当該提出書類の提出をした者に対し、訂正報告書の提出を命ずることができる。この場合においては、行政手続法（平成五年法律第八十八号）第十三条第一項（不利益処分をしようとする場合の手続）の規定による意見陳述のための手続の区分にかかわらず、聴聞を行わなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
