The Minister of Economic and Business Affairs may direct that the Patent Authority at the request of the authority of another country may give information to that authority about the examination and other processing of utility model applications filed in this country and that the Patent Authority, in deciding whether the criteria for registrability have been met, may accept novelty searches which have been carried out for that purpose by a corresponding authority in another country or by an international institution. 例文帳に追加
