In this context, we have previously pointed to the need for investigating authorities to actively seek correct, relevant, representative and statistically valid data and information as well as giving interested parties full opportunity to present their facts and views during the course of an investigation. Likewise, there is a particular need for improved standards and procedures for public notices and explanations of determinations.
