(1) 任意の商品について登録されている若しくは登録出願の対象となる商標が， (a) 同一品目の単一若しくは複数の同一商品について同一所有者の名前において，登録されている若しくは登録出願の対象となるもう一つの商標と実質的に同一である場合，又は (b) 所有者以外の者によって使用された場合に誤認若しくは混同を引き起こす可能性があるほどある商標によく似ている場合，登録官は随時，当該商標を連合商標として登録簿に登録するよう要請することができる。例文帳に追加
