第七条特別規定１ 一方の締約国の法令に基づく制度に加入し、かつ、当該一方の締約国の領域内に事業所を有する雇用者に当該領域内において雇用されている者が、当該雇用者により当該一方の締約国の領域又は第三国の領域から他方の締約国の領域内において当該雇用者のために就労するよう派遣される場合には、その派遣の期間が五年を超えるものと見込まれないことを条件として、その被用者が当該一方の締約国の領域内において就労しているものとみなして当該一方の締約国の法令のみを適用する　。 - 厚生労働省
