第十一条の二　気象庁長官は、地象、地動、地球磁気、地球電気及び水象の観測及び研究並びに地震に関する土地及び水域の測量の成果に基づき、大規模地震対策特別措置法（昭和五十三年法律第七十三号）第三条第一項に規定する地震防災対策強化地域に係る大規模な地震が発生するおそれがあると認めるときは、直ちに、政令で定めるところにより、発生のおそれがあると認める地震に関する情報（当該地震の発生により生ずるおそれのある津波の予想に関する情報を含む。）を内閣総理大臣に報告しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
