(4) In the absence of a provision of this Act to the contrary, the Hungarian Patent Office may withdraw or modify its decision ? terminating the procedure ? taken in the matters referred to in paragraph (3)(c) to (e) on the basis of a request for review only if it establishes that its decision infringes legislation or if the parties request unanimously the modification or withdrawal of the decision.例文帳に追加
