(3) 出願手数料が納付されていないか又はハンガリー語による品種の仮説明書若しくは種のハンガリー語名称が提出されていない場合は，ハンガリー特許庁は，出願人に対し，本法に定める期間内に不備を更正するよう求める(第114/I条(4)及び(5))。当該求めに従わない場合は，出願は，取下とみなされる。 - 特許庁
