(1) The information prescribed for the purposes of section 29(2)(c)(ii) or (d)(ii) shall be -- (a) that which is sufficient to indicate the result of the corresponding application under section 9(2)(c)(ii) or corresponding international application under section 29(2)(d)(ii), as the case may be, and shall be in the form of -- (i) a copy of the patent granted by the patent office in question which is -- (A) duly certified by that patent office; or (B) otherwise acceptable to the Registrar; or (ii) other documents, to the satisfaction of the Registrar, setting out the final results of the search and examination as to substance and a copy of the patent claims referred to in the final results; and (b) any symbol of the International Patent Classification which has been or which in the opinion of the applicant should be allocated to the application.例文帳に追加
