Article 12 (1) Where a court has made a ruling under Article 92(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure (Act No. 109 of 1996) with regard to the case record pertaining to the lawsuit in which a protective order has been issued (excluding a lawsuit in which all the protective orders have been rescinded), if there was a request for inspection, etc. of the portion of the record that represents the secret prescribed in the same paragraph by a party, and the person who performed the procedure for such request has not been issued a protective order in the lawsuit, the court clerk shall, immediately after the request, notify the party who filed the motion under the same paragraph (excluding the requester; the same shall apply in paragraph 3) of the fact that such a request was made. 例文帳に追加
