１　この法律は、平成十四年三月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第二条中自衛隊法第三十六条の四第一項の改正規定、同条を同法第三十六条の八とする改正規定、同法第三十六条の三を同法第三十六条の七とする改正規定、同法第三十六条の二の前の見出しを削る改正規定、同条の改正規定、同条を同法第三十六条の六とし、同条の前に見出しを付する改正規定及び同法第三十六条の次に四条を加える改正規定並びに第三条（防衛庁の職員の給与等に関する法律第三条第一項、第二十二条第一項、第二十四条の四及び第二十四条の五の改正規定、同条を同法第二十四条の六とする改正規定、同法第二十四条の四の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同法第二十八条の三の改正規定に係る部分を除く。）、第四条及び附則第三項から第五項までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
