第二条　この法律の施行の日（第十三条の三の改正規定にあつては昭和六十四年四月一日、第二条第七項、第十条第二項、第十一条の四及び別表の改正規定にあつては一部施行日）前に改正前の消防法（以下「旧法」という。）の規定に基づいてされている許可の申請、届出その他の手続又は旧法の規定に基づいてされた許可その他の処分は、別段の定めがあるものを除き、改正後の消防法（以下「新法」という。）の相当規定に基づいてされた手続又は処分とみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

Article 7 (1) With regard to any of the following cooperatives which exist at the time of the enforcement of this Act and whose total amount of contribution is less than ten million yen, the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (1) of the New Cooperatives Act shall not apply until the day on which five years have elapsed from the enforcement date.
