187.2前項の規定に基づいて許容される複製には，次のものの複製は含まれない。 (a)建物その他の構造物の形式での建築の著作物 (b)写真複写の手段による，文字形式での，書籍又は音楽の著作物の全体又はその実質的部分 (c)デ－タその他の素材の編集物 (d)第189条に規定するものを除くコンピュータ・プログラム (e)複製することが著作物の通常の利用を不当に妨げ，又はその著作者の正当な利益を不当に害する虞がある場合における当該著作物 - 特許庁
