特許について，特許商標庁が第23条(3)にいう寄託された生物学的材料の移送についての情報を受領したとき，又は第24条(3)にいう新たな寄託についての受領証の写しを受領した場合は，登録簿にその移送又は新たな寄託についての登録を行う。 - 特許庁
