（１）古物商・古物市場主の許可の要否古物営業法は、①「古物を売買し、若しくは交換し、又は委託を受けて売買し、若しくは交換する営業であって、古物を売却すること又は自己が売却した物品を当該売却の相手方から買い受けることのみを行うもの以外のもの」（第２条第２項第１号）を営む者及び②「古物市場（古物商間の古物の売買又は交換のための市場をいう。）を経営する営業」（同項第２号）を営む者について、①については、古物商として営業所の所在地を管轄する都道府県公安委員会、②については、古物市場主として古物市場の所在地を管轄する公安委員会の許可を受けなければならないものとしている（第２条第３項・第４項、第３条）。 - 経済産業省

A warrant issued under this section may authorize persons, including the registered proprietor or his or her designated representative, to accompany and assist any member of the Garda Siochana in executing the warrant or in collating any inventory or other evidence.
