Notwithstanding the Law of 9 March 1987 relating to (a) the organization of technological research and development in the public sector and (b) transfer of technology and scientific and technical cooperation between undertakings and the public sector, the provisions of this Article shall also apply to servants of the State, local authorities, public establishments and all public law legal persons.例文帳に追加
