Where, under this Regulation, a person is required to do an act or thing, to sign a document, to make a declaration, to produce to or leave with the Registrar or at the Office of the Registrar any document or evidence and the Registrar is satisfied that that person is, for reasonable cause unable to comply with the requirement, the Registrar may, subject to such terms as he directs, dispense with the requirement. - 特許庁
