The request must contain the information specified in subsection (2) on the first patent application or registration application of a utility model. If the first patent application or registration application of a utility model is in a foreign language, the applicant shall submit the Estonian translation of the full text of the description of the invention or drawing to the Patent Office within sixteen months from the date of priority.
