(6-1) If priority is claimed, priority for a patent application filed with the Patent Office after expiry of the twelve-month term specified in subsection (2) or (5) of this section may be established on the basis of the filing date of a first patent application or registration application of a utility model pursuant to subsection (2) or (5) of this section if: 1) the reasons for the failure to comply with the abovementioned term are appended to the priority claim; 2) the reasons stated pursuant to clause 1) of this subsection prove that the failure to file the application within the term was unintentional; 3) the patent application was filed within two months from the date on which the abovementioned term expired. 例文帳に追加
