第五十一条　政令で定める特定計量器の販売（輸出のための販売を除く。）の事業を行おうとする者は、経済産業省令で定める事業の区分（第二号において単に「事業の区分」という。）に従い、あらかじめ、次の事項を、当該特定計量器の販売をしようとする営業所の所在地を管轄する都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。ただし、届出製造事業者又は届出修理事業者が第四十条第一項又は第四十六条第一項の規定による届出に係る特定計量器であってその者が製造又は修理をしたものの販売の事業を行おうとするときは、この限りでない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
