語源
From 中期英語 condempnen, from Old French condamner, from Latin condemnāre (“to sentence, condemn, blame”), from com- + damnāre (“to harm, condemn, damn”), from damnum (“damage, injury, loss”). Displaced native 中期英語 fordemen (from 古期英語 fordeman (“condemn, sentence, doom”) > Modern English fordeem.
