先週始まった金融審の基本問題の懇談会についてなのですけれども、長官が新しくなられて、肝いりというと変ですけれども、そういった思いの強い会だと思うのですけれども、何かちょっと、先週のレクを聞いていると、今後非公開でやります、ということなのですが、金融の基本的な、大きな部分を決める会合だからこそ、公開のところで議論して、その経過が国民に見えていくということも大事なのではないかなと思うのですが、これについては、例えば、何回かは非公開でやるにしても、いずれは公開の場の議論にするというような、ある意味、非公開でやっているのだったら、別にこういう組織を作らなくてもそこら辺で集めてやっていただければいいのですけれども、そういう金融行政の大事なところを決めるものが、もうちょっと見えやすい形にするという考えはないのでしょうか - 金融庁
