引き続き、税制につきましてお伺いさせて頂きたいのですけれども、市場参加者、金融界からの注目の関心の高いテーマであるのですが、麻生太郎新総理大臣が自由民主党の幹事長でありました８月の初めに少額貯蓄非課税制度、マル優の証券版の導入を唱えたことに呼応して、金融庁が８月の末に財務省に対して提示した来年度2009年度の税制改正要望で、いわゆる英国の個人の貯蓄口座、「ISA制度」に似た非課税口座制度を設けるとか、高齢者を対象にした配当金の非課税制度を盛り込みました。 - 金融庁
