第三十一条 裁判所は、再生手続開始の申立てがあった場合において、再生債権者の一般の利益に適合し、かつ、競売申立人に不当な損害を及ぼすおそれがないものと認めるときは、利害関係人の申立てにより又は職権で、相当の期間を定めて、第五十三条第一項に規定する再生債務者の財産につき存する担保権の実行手続の中止を命ずることができる。ただし、その担保権によって担保される債権が共益債権又は一般優先債権であるときは、この限りでない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
