その次に、公的資金の活用についてのお尋ねでございますけれども、これにつきましては、これまで資本参加したところが3行、またこの検討を表明しているところが7行というところでございます。今後の見通しということにつきまして、現段階で私どもの方で具体的な見通しをお示しすることは、困難でございますけれども、この改正金融機能強化法、これは国の資本参加を通じて、金融機関の金融仲介機能の強化を目指すというものでございます。金融機関におきましては、中小企業を始めとする借手企業が期待する金融仲介機能を適切かつ十分に果たしていくために、「先を読む経営」の中で資本増強という経営判断をする際には、金融機能強化法の活用につきましても積極的に検討していただくことを期待しておりますし、この同法の活用の検討につきましては、引き続き、私どもも呼びかけてまいりたいと考えているところでございます。 - 金融庁
