3. We reaffirm our commitment to coordinated policy action by all G20 members to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth. Our main priority actions include implementing medium term fiscal consolidation plans differentiated according to national circumstances in line with our Toronto commitment, pursuing appropriate monetary policy, enhancing exchange rate flexibility to better reflect underlying economic fundamentals and structural reforms, to sustain global demand, increase potential growth, foster job creation and contribute to global rebalancing. 第百五条　新銀行法第十九条第二項及び第三項（同条第二項に規定する中間業務報告書に係る部分を除く。）（これらの規定を新長期信用銀行法第十七条等において準用する場合を含む。）並びに新銀行法第二十一条第一項から第三項まで（これらの規定を新長期信用銀行法第十七条等において準用する場合を含む。）の規定並びに新銀行法第二十条第二項及び第五十二条の十一（同条第一項に規定する中間業務報告書に係る部分を除く。）（これらの規定を新長期信用銀行法第十七条において準用する場合を含む。）並びに新銀行法第五十二条の十二並びに第五十二条の十三第一項及び第二項（これらの規定を新長期信用銀行法第十七条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、銀行等又は銀行持株会社等の平成十年四月一日以後に開始する営業年度又は事業年度に係るこれらの規定に規定する書類について適用し、銀行等又は銀行持株会社等の同日前に開始した営業年度又は事業年度に係る貸借対照表その他の書類については、なお従前の例による。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
