will

音節will発音記号・読み方((弱))wəl, (ə)l;((強))wɪ́lwɪ́l変化過去would{((弱))w@d, (@)d;((強))wU´d}~s{~z}~s{~z}; ~ed{~d}; ~・ing
(代名詞が主語の場合,短縮形'll, 否定の短縮形'll not, won't {wo´nt}が使われる)⇒would
c((if節で))…
b(場所・器などが)(人・物を…

b《will be doing》…
c《will have done》…

c《will A to do》Aが…
2《will A B》⇔《will B to A》遺言でA(人)にBを譲る

語法命令文の付加疑問will [won't] you?
とwon't you?
②will you?(上昇調)は「…

I will be 18 next month.(ぼくは来月18歳になる)などは単純未来と呼ばれる.

語法未来進行形will be doing

will:…
be going to do:ある行為・状態に向かいつつある
be to do:…
be about to do:まさに…
willは「… Somebody is knocking on the door.(だれかがドアをノックしている)に対しての応答は,I'll go and see who it is.(僕が行ってだれか見てこよう)であり,ここでbe going to doとするのは不自然である
We are about to leave.(いままさに出発しようというところです)のbe about to doは,現在の時点に焦点が置かれるため未来の副詞と共には使えない
